    Army Enduro Rally - 18-20 May 2007

The opportunity has arisen for me to take part in Exercise Enduring Help - a 24hr endurance Enduro (teams of 4). It is an event in which one of the main aims is to raise money for the following charities:

    Childline
    St Dunstan's
    Army Benevolent Fund

I will be riding an Army Harley Davidson MT350E (doh - never ridden one before!). The competition is open to all those linked to the Military (incl NATO) along with MoD civil servants, etc, and takes places at Longmoor, Hampshire.

The reason why I'm telling you this? Ha, you guessed it, SPONSORSHIP! No donation too small and much appreciated! My PayPal email is available upon request - pm me for it. Additionally, cheques are gratefully accepted.

I will be posting proof of my in participation in the form of photos and a completed sponsorship form will be available upon request.

    Nice one, thanks!

Oh, here's some info on the bike:

Plenty of room for sandwiches and a flask, Richie! Can we come and watch?

    Good luck.

I'm not sure it's open to the public buddy. The military are a little uneasy when it comes to that sort of thing. Not surprising in the current security climate...!

I'll endeavour to get some good piccies for you 'all

not sure about the bike events but normally the rallys/raids are drivers/crew and signed in assistance... there is more info on the bafma website somewhere on each event and its regs.
