'fraid not, the weather that morning was so crap and as no one had come back to me, the "necessity" to go out was not there We had nearly 2" rain the day before and the route was not going to be very enjoyable with that much rain about...

On a lightweight trail bike maybe so, not on hundreds of kg of Transalp!!* I had hoped to be out today, but pulled something in my neck/shoulder a few days ago and then "tweaked" it again last night and need a neck brace now! No bike for me for a few days...

I do have a marked up map again now, that is more up to date than my old ones

*well it seems like that when it goes down..... again!

Sorry to hear about your injury.......... hope you can get out soon.

We have a North West rideout on the 16th around The Peak District it was good last weekend despite the rain, see if you can make that.

    Cheers Frad

Thanks Frad, hopefully back to action soon, bitter experience tells me to rest pulls and strains when possible, else the problem can become an issue very quickly!

I start shooting this w/e so getting a passout on a Sunday will be problematical for the coming few months as I am expected to "be there" when the kids are about at the w/e I DO like the Peak District mind.... Jelly's cafe is the new meet up point for this run out I see??
