Need help with the name and address of is one. It's are restored american diner 1950 vintage all chrome like the car of that period. On the A28 just out side Ashford Kent on the road to Canterbury, Just over the motorway next to a garden centre. Not eaten there myself but my IAM group hired the place for the evening. Hotrod custom car clubs as well as some other bike groups use it.

The Strand cafe Rye East Sussex. Very busy summer weeekends. The Kettle of Fish fish and chip shop, do sit down to about 21.00hrs. Both are on the A259 roundabout west side of the town. Free bike parking on the strand quay opposite.

    Re: Cafes/ meeting points

While riding out today I came across 60ish bikes (plus riders) at a new cafe on the A127 southend bound just before the Dick Turpin pub. Used to be a wimpy now called the A127 Diner. Went past several times during the day and the car park was always full of bikes...
Also talking of the Dick Turpin during the summer on a Tuesday evening there is alway a meet up there...

[quote=stanbloke;337579]We all know about Rykas , Jellies and Ace cafe, but are there any more that we can use .

Have a check round your areas guys/gals and lets see what we can come up with for suitable places for 09.

decent roads around it, parking, decent grub..

Maybe we can get a list together which may be useful for this summers rideouts .[/quote
