D-Day in Normandy, Part 2

I've just realised that although I've put something in the calendar, I've not published a thread.

Same kind of arrangements as last year's trip.

Cross via Portsmouth to Le Havre on LD Lines overnight 2nd June, arriving mid-morning 3rd June.

Three days exploring, one day watching D-Day events and then ride home on Sunday 7th June, probably crossing early evening on LD Lines from Boulogne to Dover.

Lots of room for camping. A few rooms available too.

We (i.e. toilets!) can cope with a maximum of 20 people.

I've got a week in Turkey from 25th May to 31st May....so a bit tight for me......

Not enough interest this time round, so it's not worth doing.

I may do something later in the year if enough people are interested and committed.
