Haven't seen any "heads up" as yet!

I suspect that if there is something happening and you post it up, you may well get some bites from one or two xrv'ers. The problem is that southern Spain is a tad far for a long weekend and the cost of the ferry from Blighty is so damned steep!

cheers steve, thanks for the reply, if I do get wind of something special I¨ll let everyone know. It might be a good idea to try and organise something though, its pretty good touring country down here and the weather in summer is just perfect.

Me & my brother are looking to Spain for our next trip. Probably in July.

Only need to figure out some logistics, as he'll be coming up from the Netherlands, and I'll be coming in from the UK...

    All in good fun

There is a HUBB meeting in Malaga sometime in September. You can get the full details from the HUBB website. It is a 3 day event. I will be riding from Portugal to Malaga and then up to France to get the boat back home. Hope this helps!!

Dunno if it interests you but..................

There is a fab meet in Lourdes (South of France) on 20th and 21st June 2009. I was there in 2004 and it is worth going to. I came across it by accident on my way to Alicante. Well over 1000 bikes usually attend. The meet is in the town itself which is completely closed by the police for a day and thousands of locals come out to cheer and clap the bikers. Then all bikes (from scooters to Harleys) go on a tour of the town before heading out a few miles to a forest where they have music, food, bar, camping etc. The campsite fee is 5 euros!!
