went past the worst one the other day,looked in pretty good nick,the closure all year last year and some maintainance seems to have done the trick.and a couple of others have reopened in the overstone and ecton area after a years closure.

Right, I was out and about yesterday visiting various lanes and some of you will be glad to here and some sad to hear that the really muddy lane in the pics from last time is CLOSED.
It's been temporarily closed since november 13 and the powers at be are of a mind to keep it closed because of all the 4x4 damage.
that just leaves all the dry ones and a bit of a scoot round some fields and a crack at the hill for those brave enough while the rest of us sit and watch with a cuppa.
so tourances and the like will be fine,can't see many probs with grip unless it piddles down for the next couple of weeks.

lets get a few more names down on the callendar eh?
