looks like I can't maker this after all. Step-son having had swine flu (is ok now!) and me needing to catch up on work stuff after taking time off means this wekend is looking less fun than I'd planned ....

Anyone want to fill my place - shame to waste it.

Absolutely fantastic weekend. Great fun lanes on Sat. Nothing too technical but quite slippery in places. Today up on the Plain was loads of long, fast gravel straights and whoopy ruts with deep puddles in places. Dr Zook made it round with all my camping kit on the back without too much bother. One or two lucky saves though.

Nice variety of bikes on display, and what a nice bunch of people!

Shame no other XRVrs could be there to represent! Be there next year!

Horrible ride home through heavy rain but at least it stayed dry when we needed it to. No photos or vid of this one... maybe someone else will post some on another forum - if i find any i'll post links.

Massive thanks to Hooky for organising the weekend, hope you raised loads for the childrens hospice.
