Yes for Sat 30 - Sun 31 May. I could probably leave work early on the Friday 29th too if you were doing this within a couple of hours of Cardiff. Where did you have in mind?

thats a shame that stuart i am planning to go camping on the second to last weekend in may(the one with a bank holiday in it)23rd,24th,25th was thinking somewhere in cumbria and take a leisurely bimble through the dales to get there.

it would be the mrs first big expedition since she gets on the road after this weekend all being well......

I've picked the last weekend in may because the wife is in france then, leaving the cat to play, HOWEVER, she goes sunday PM and if you'r camping in cumbria sunday night I'll be happy to throw a tent up next to you. (Have you figured out how to pitch your's yet?, I'll give you a tip, tent first, Skin full in bar second)
    Cheers

actually no lol i never used it after the dartmoor incident and i sold it to winxpmaster who is very happy with it

i've now got a vango equinox which is very similar but doesn't use the quick(sober)erect system just three colour-coded poles is all now

will have to track down a decent campsite with a bar(for after i pitch the tent up)

and i'll try to arrange it for the sunday night then as we cant leave the kids alone for too long(last time we did it they got out the cot)

will also try and drum up a bit more interest the more the merrier eh?

how about pooley bridge, theres a couple of campsites there that take tents, I've only used one, it has good facilities ( inc bar )and a path to the village pubs, and it's handy for you to nip home early if you need,
    cheers.
