Super Tenere owners meet 2010

After much moaning on the owners forum I have decided that we need to run a members meet. Plans are for it to be held

Friday April 30th to Monday May 3rd 2010 (bank holiday weekend)
Location is Bala, North Wales.

Were are looking at running both road and green lane ride-outs on the middle days (Sat/Sun) with a BBq to end both days off. We are also going to run a workshop on Friday and Monday for those swapping tires, tinkering and nailing back on bits that fall off over the rally...

We are looking at a private site for the event HQ/BBq etc, this site will have rough camping availability (loo, and shower possibly) however adjacent to the HQ is a nice formal campsite for those in need of a little more luxury! lastly we have secured places in the local bunk houses and B&B if you cant sleep on a bed less than 4" thick

Entry is by ticket, well its by unique event t-shirt as thats part of the ticket price... a proportion of the ticket and any other money raised (over costs) will go directly to the Wales Air Ambulance (WAA) who are the events charity.

Although run by the S10 forum this is not just an S10 meet this is open to ALL bike riders but we will have a bias to the big trailies over the weekend.

It would be helpful to have an idea of how many people would be interested in attending so please shout if your interested...

have you considered posting this on the european tenere sites ?
dutch/swedish/german to name but three.....
last dutch rally i went to they were all keen to come to a uk rally...

the s10 owners forum about a year ago dropped the UK aspect and went international as we had as many members from abroad as we did in the UK so the information will get passed on by the members in those countries. I am looking at doing a website for the event and when thats done i will go round all the big trailie forums and post up links.

We would be more than happy to see you there.
