good food, mind. Not a bad day out - first pillion on my Tenere in the shape of Ros, sorry about the wheely - I couldnt'nt help myself.....

best part of the day was riding down to the A25 behind BobA who was laughing his head off all the way down, cant think why......
It was not a Transport Cafe so it was of a higher standard than I could usually afford.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

I snapped a few quick ones - brillant day out, brillant company, great cops, weather perfect. You couldnt want for more. Best bit of the day - I was the last out of the yard, only to see Sean wheelie the second he got outside the gate

    Cop Bikes ready to roll

Roslyn, who is normally a ray of sunshine, hides her head in shame when the Bike cop points out her chain in longer than she is. The major was retired early and she pillioned with sean. I hear from her therapist she is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery.

Roslyn, frozen with fear, as Twickers says a quiet prayer for her. That 700 is a very smart looking bike in blue and white.

Loomesy stumpy and BobA studiously try to ignore the very lovely blonde lady on the sportsbike

    Nice

Loomesy Roslyn and Twickers plead with sean to behave himself. Yeah right, like that was ever going to work.

Sean goes through the basics of riding pillion with him and explains why really the front wheel is superfluous to riding a bike.

Pinksocks enjoys the view - the run up to here was a lovely bit of bendywendys.

The original Tardis complete with little alien

Thanks to all for a really great day.

Matt and Meesh - shame you couldnt be there - hope all is well now or getting there - Matt hope your daughter is ok and healing well. Dont worry, there'll be other days organised - as has been said many times, one of the best 30 quids you'll ever spend on either you or the bike

    Great piccies Alp.

Just to reiterate that it was a great day, and thoroughly recommended to anyone , even if the 'good as gold' behaviour did only last for the first couple of miles home ( or indeed the first 5 yards in some cases ! ).
Transalp 700, heated grips, SW Motech crash bars, Barkbusters, centre stand, short@rse seat, Vario screen, Givi E21s, CR85 folding gear lever, Trax top box.

The beatings will continue until morale improves...
