    spring maintanence day

If there is enough interest, I may organise a single days bike maintanence at the end of march at the silvertown consolidation centre so people have a warmish & dry place to do some basic fettling on their bikes after either a winter of use or a winter of storage. let me know if interested......

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

I would be interested, depending on which day is chosen of course.

It's about time I met up with some forum members

would it be possible for someone to bring along a Brake fluid bleader changer thingy . must really change the fluid front and back I`ll bring the fluid if someone has the knowledge and equipment to show how it should be done. will make sure the blead nipples are not seized first and prob bring along a [3] new ones. how much brake fluid do you think I`ll need? also is it a easy job to overhaul the front master cylinder seals while were doing the fluids?

One mid-sized bottle will dot he trick. I'll bring tube, spanner and jar (a bit old-fashioned but it works)

Hopefully, I will be able to get to this one, as the feedback from all the previous ones has been brilliant.

March... I reckon that's almost summer... anyone taking a barbeque along?!!!

Nice one Sean. Once again, you are going well beyond the call of duty, and have almost been elevated to "XRV Saint" status.

no Barbeques......... I cant have you lot running round burning things!!!!!!!! we could sort a saturday and have a night out on the Friday, leaving the bikes in the consolidation centre whilst we are out - that way no one is risking being over the drink drive limit the following morning. whealie has offered to pay for everyones meal....
