So come on then.... how about a meet up and day out somewhere this year for AT owners?
Any suggestions?
Should be somewhere central I should think.

Don't know if anyone else is going to the BMF, but how about meeting up somewhere there, or on-route. Easy for me as I'm only 25 miles from Peterborough, I know, but just an idea. Other than that I'd be happy for a meet at some point in the summer somewhere central, even though I haven't got an AT![]()
Yup that sounds good.
Transalp is fine m8!
In fact any bike is cool.
BMF show sounds like a good idea, it's 22nd/23rd May I think.
I'll be there too.
Just to confirm, BMF Rally is Saturday/Sunday 22/23 May at East of England Showground, Peterborough.

Just a suggestion regarding the BMF Show. How about meeting on the Sunday morning at South Mimms Services at the A1/M25 Junction?
By the looks of the 4 replies so far, 2 of you would probably have to go by them anyway, and I would imagine that it wouldn’t be too far out of the way for Yen (or myself) to alter route for. There’s also a Travel Inn type place there, if anyone wanted to do an overnighter.
From South Mimms to Peterborough is about 70 miles up the A1

Sounds OK to me (it only adds about 40 miles to my usual route). Presumably me would fine a more interesting route than the A1 up Peterborough from South Mimms.
Im in (unless I can get tickets to the cricket). I am just off the A1 closer to central london so it is very easy for me to get to.
I'm there all weekend at the Memba Rally. If you're all well behaved, you can come and cheer me on in the Moped Endurance race, where I will be valiantly trying to stay away from some of the homicidal maniacs that take part. Our team will be using Africa Twin technology to give us an edge in the race. I have been bathing our little Honda's wheels in a salt bath in order to lighten them around the spoke holes.
