Hi Rob good to here from you and i hope alls well , bloody good looking Vara you've got there , when am i going to see it in the flesh?
I don't go on XRV that much anymore spend most of my time on ABR !!! seems a bit more going on and there's a lot of XRVs on there anyway.

I let everyone else spot the mistakes for me!

Short message to confirm that GIVI bars now fitted. Did not have to turn the centre stand spring, rather, minor adjustment to the orientation of the springs top securing lug has done the job nicely. Thanks for feedback and advice not to give up as the GIVI bars not only look good I think that they are far more substantial than the majority of other options that are available at a much geater cost.

I have narrowed it down to 3 bikes - Africa Twin down at Stafford but he still wants nearly £4k for it. An 08 Transalp for around £4k, or - and this is a bit of a curve ball - a Harley Davidson 883R !!!!
