Hi Guys, New to the forum and need some help. I've just passed my test D/A on my XR125, lovely little bike, going to keep it in the corner of the garage. I like you all decided on a Transalp XL700. I treated myself and had all the extras to, centre stand, spot lights, heated grips, pannier and top box set, ally tank protector, ally fairing trim & ally instrument bezel. Well got the bike home safe and sound and tried getting on and off the centre stand, easier said than done at over twice the weight of my XR. Needless to say there has been a controlled lowering to the floor!! Fortunately no damage done, other than my back. Time to invest in some crash bars. Anyone recommend which type, are they easy to fix / fit, and will they fit over the fairing trim with spot lights in place?????? Kind regards Simon
