  1. That's good to hear... I mean read... glad it's all started to drop back into place. Gives you some faith in the health service dunnit?!?

    I'm making steady progress and need now to build some proper strength in this hand. Phil's exercise seems promising, so that's where I'm headed with it now.

    I have lost a bit of confidence though - something to do with not being made of rubber any more!

    Hi Steve I'm feeling so much better, the horrible pain I've had in my knee and quads for the past year is almost gone and it's like a weight off my shoulders. It's great to be able to sit on a bike and not dread straightening my leg because it's so stiff and sore. How are you doing xxxx

    well, it would have happened to anyone - just one of those things about owning two wheels..

    its great that Boris has been fixed.... you will be able to do light tinkering with it until you are as fit as a flea again...
