As I have said on the thread, "the advertiser on autotrader - RAP Superbikes - is a firm off the Finchley Road which has two entirely honest 1980s Transalps. I've ridden both of them and they are straight as a die, properly described and to my mind, rather expensive. Those bikes are ENTIRELY unrelated to the spoof bike on flea-bay. That's unquestionably a 1987-9 bike with the top fairing, clocks, number-plate and identity from a later machine. By all means describe the e-bay bike as questionable, but the trader advertising on autotrader should not be maligned."
