Dunno about any others, but I can get some pics of the Mito at some point.I've seen it.Kick start is the only awkward looking bit otherwise the engine sits fine.last time I saw it he only had a small non charging battery for the lights etc.Sounds like a big lump for a 125,but the Mito is one of the most over engineered bikes I have seen, more than able to handle the 500 motor.( In case you were wond'rin it is MOT'd and legal )

I had two friends who own one and have ridden them a few times myself. Great road bike except for........the fuelling. If you cruised along at 30-40 the bloody things kept hunting. They both did it and one of the guys tried loads of mods to sort it but in the end they were both sold. Great shame as they are a lot of bike for the money (unless you bought new). Is yours ok?

    Hi Barth
not had chance to ride it much due to work and the weather
But yes they do Hunt a bit if in to high a gear at 3000 revs
it seams most bikes with the TL motor do it
It is I am lead to believe a side effect of trying to get the bikes past the EEC noise regs by altering the fueling
solution is to keep the revs up a bit and be in the right gear
The alp was definatly better at going slow

    Re: Alp to Cagiva navigator

I like the Navigator but my only experience with Cagiva (Elefant 900) left me scarred for life. I know it's not the same bike or even the same engine but it was by far the least reliable bike I've ever had so I'm afraid I can't see myself buying Cagivas in the near future. Still, when I had the Elefant I always dreamt about "upgrading" to the Navigator and I still like the looks.

    Re: Alp to Cagiva navigator

Hi guys, this is quite old post, but maybe someone will look here...
I just got the thing - the Navigator!
Luckilly I managed to get it home on its own wheels when I bought it, but not sure what is on the dash, the control lights etc, what it needs, what to look for...
Simply I don't have the 'users' manual, just got a workshop manual (hope wouldn't need it) and wonder if anyone have one in electronic form - please?

    I will really appreciate that!

    Cheers Zdanny

Have just leafletted a Navigator to invite it to come to Ireland on TLD10. Will it come? Will it make it?
