you'd be surprised what you get away with if its being used for motorsport... did one event and certain big league team had to change the gearbox, time was short so they left off the handbrake assy!! end of rally car was checked by the scroateneers and the 'mod' found... under threat of expulsion team no'1 mech got out a 12" snap on needle bar and with a big hammer drove it through the tunnel, through a uj and into the lower mount, he then turned to the scroat' and said 'like to see you move the f@~king thing now!!!'( in french )... not quite to MOT standard but apparently passes the FIA grade1 check!Originally Posted by Maverick
