My new bike!!! Be prepared for disappointment: its not Orange

OK, its not quite a trailie, and many of you may be wondering, why oh why did he buy that. But, I don't care. I still have my XR Supermoto, and this suits me very well for my new Baltic lifestyle.

How? Well, its pretty economical for the size at 45-50mpg. Its pretty reliable, provided you change the oil on time. I can ride it all year round, despite pretty severe snows and temperatures during some winters: its got a dis-engagable drive to the second rear. Having a top speed of 65mph, it won't get me nicked by the draconian attitude to speeding out here. And finally, it will allow us to travel, with our dog, anywhere we want to go, which includes future trips to Kamchatka and Africa. Plus I'm crap off-road on a GS....

I realise that, typically, I would be normally buying this if I was born in '23, rather than '73, but having tried them and following Tarka's advice, I've realised they are great fun!!
