Any one know what this is?

I can see it's a Beta of some sort. I've been asked to "make it safe". I think a good discription would be car crash at the moment.

I've got to order front and rear brake pads, wheel bearings and whatever is holding the discs to the wheels, the rear's loose but the front front is all over the place.
Any help with model and spares supplier would be very welcome, thanks.

Google "colin appleyard" I think that they are the Beta importers and will probably tell you all about it from a frame number,
