was invited to go and have a look at a motorcycle restoration companys workshop

with a view to doing a few wheels for them ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

in a secret location in birmingham ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, sm*****ck

no signs , one door on a street ,

in side a medium sized factory unit

upstairs , about 4 bays by 6 bays ( 25 m x 40m )

as many workshop ramps as youve never seen , must of been 70 bikes in a million bits

mv`s , goldies , vincents , vello`s ,,,,,,, more than you could ever see anywhere

and all in various stages of rebuild

just thought id share this ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

went years ago , before it burnt down , not been since

uncle otto went on the original opening day ,,,,,, dressed up in his tweed suit and plus fours on his vincent ,,,,,,,,,,,

battled through a foot of snow to get there , shame they cancelled it due to heavy snow and held it at a later date

he did make the front page of the birmingham evening male though !!!! , looked like basil fawlty on a vincent ,,,,,,
