National Meet Quotes

Thought it might be fun to remember the famous quotes we've heard along the way this weekend.

FrancisGeoff: "Don't let me have any more whisky!", repeated Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning!

Raven: "What you mean I'll never need my pannier keys again as long as I've got a fork and spoon?"

He forgot his pannier keys and had left them at home, faced with no other keys working, Btbloke managed to get in, in about 2 mins with a fork and a spoon!

Do you want some......

Tea?

Coffee?

A bacon Sarnie?

A Bacon and Egg Sarnie?

Spaghetti Bolignase?

More Tea?

And so on throughout the weekend thanks to "BTBloke Cateing Serivice Ltd."

cheers Richard

Re: National Meet Quotes

I forget who it was who was sent over to me by BT Bloke to ask if I had a Bay Leaf. I didn't, but the weird thing is that it was not an unreasonable request, as I had, garlic, nutmeg, garam masala, sage, thyme, oregano......., which is why BT Bloke was genuinely asking (not like sending someone off to ask for a glass hammer or a left-hander screwdriver etc).

Re: National Meet Quotes

I heard many classic National meet quotes.

Unfortunately I was too pissed to remember them.
