Travelling to the national on thursday????

Right campers, a large group of us travelled up to dent last year together (the looooooongg way up......thanks whealie)and that was organised many weeks before hand. There doesn't seem to have been much organising and anything set in stone yet so maybe it's time eh??
(two weeks to go eh,I'm more or less packed and raring to go!!)
I'm travelling down thursday morning, get a good look at the place and maybe some good scenery on the way, then hopefully pitched and pubbed ready to watch the arrivals as they come in.
I'm in northampton, pretty much in the middle of the country so who's going down when and from where on thursday?
Where's going to be a good rendezvous place and what sort of time is good for everyone else. Last year we all met up for breakfast and then set off, sound good for this year again?

bugger it! the kids are driving me mad, i'm off tomorrow if the wife will let me................................................ ..............................................
..................chances are slim but there's always hope!!

Myslef and Marc will be leaving Colchester @ 8am. Via A12 to M25 and follow the M25 North round to the M4.

What time or are u meeting people for brekkie BT??????????

We could stop at South Mimms services for around 9.15 if you want to get a convoy together , or maybee we could meet up nearer you - possibly (although its a bit in the wrong direction for us).

    cheers.
    Ant.

I plan to leave Norwich about 8am, collecting BtBloke in Northampton (10ish?), then stopping in Abingdon for a cup of tea with RussH before heading for Swindon - Trowbridge - Glastonbury - Taunton - Exeter and Princetown.

we could swing by chievely services for about 11:30 for coffee and a bit of brunch,it's only 20 minutes from abingdon, what do you think Jacqueslemac?
you might be there quite a bit earlier than us though anton, depends what traffic is like. (unless we persuade Jacqueslemac's missus to kick him out of bed an hour earlier or anton decides to have his usual lay in)
I'll be bringing the usual bags of spanners anton, remember to tighten ALL the bolts this year mate eh?

It's actually the dog (no comments!). I have to walk her before I leave because she'll be on her own in the house all day.
