Anyone have any comments or suggestions, anyone want to join me on the way up?

    Cie,
maybe you should put it in the calandar, and so we can make an offical list and ask every one to please add the place where they will join up..
that way you can tell them (not ask) when to be there.. Like i said Ill join up some where near coventry.

Re: National 2007 - proposed route from Salisbury

As interest is picking up again, here's the route I plan to take up to the meet from Salisbury area.

Have a scan around on google maps here: http://waitingcloud.org/wiki/gps/xrvnational2007.html

Absolutely NO motorway 270 miles, just over 5 hours. That's without any planned stops, so it's going to take longer.

The Garmin gpx file is available here.

Of course, I'm open to suggestions and tweaks, which will improve the route.

    Not so shure yet
I will have to wait and see how deb is doing on the scotland trip.If it would be just me no proplem. At the moment i will still go via motorway and sort of get it done and over with as quick as poss.
Might change after the scotland trip

I'll hook up with you lot as well. Perhaps around Gloucester?
