My clutch went completely about 3 or 4 miles from dent (by that closed road).
Phoned the AA and a contractor recovered me to Blackpool, gave me a courtesy car and will deliver the bike in a few days.
I'll get the Haynes out and see if I fancy it...if not not there's a decent bike repair shop up the road.

It's not a mid-life crisis....I dunno what it is......
