National Meet - DVD

Are any of you taking video cameras to the national meet?

We make interactive DVD's here at work, i've done a few personal ones for mates home vids, and during slow periods could work on a national meet DVD.

If there was enough footage it may be a nice momento of the meet. We have all the resources here to make them so it would only cost you postage and the price of a blank DVD + a couple of quid donation to the site.

Yep, already thought about it Andy. How about if I sent you an edited DVD could you copy it OK, or incorporate it into other footage? I'll be shooting in widescreen (16:9) and probably editing in FinalCut Pro (don't know it that makes any difference?)

In fact, I bought a new tent specially for this trip. It was cheap in the winter sale.

16:9 or 4:3 will be fine.

An edited high quality source avi copied onto a cd or dvd would be preferable but we can extract video from a dvd should you go that route.
