How do you upload piccys to forum

Tried to upload some photos of the bike but seemed unable. Was using the imageshack link buit didn't seem obvious how to get the photos onto the message board once they had been "linked" by imageshack - can anyone advise?

You simply enter [img]Your_Image_URL_Here[/img]

in your post and it puts the pic in.

It will automatically generate the bits in square brackets if you click on the "Img" button before and after typing the image url.
