Shrink My Pic!!

I found a picture on my computer of my AT, but i made it smaller but its still 53.9 KB which is too big to upload onto here.
Any ideas how i can make it smaller??

(its more embarassing that i do A level ICT )

I saved your picture to my Smugmug account, and then linked to it with the IMG tags - never used the gallery on here, so can't help there unfortunately.

I've had a play with your pic, and by slightly downsizing it (to 600x450) and optimising the file, I've managed to save it as a 48Kb JPG. This file would then be uploadable according to the instructions you quoted.
