How do you put a picture on this site?

I am a member of several sites like this one and an identical web layout of www.spyderclub.com a USA site for replica Porsche Spyders is very very easy to post pictures on. :idea:

click add attachment, then add it to script.....job done.

For the hard of computing can this site be made any easier?

Hi Magwa,

There's a page on the wiki http://wiki.xrv.org.uk/index.php/Site_image_Gallery that shows (hopefully) how to add images to the gallery, and here.

Yes thanks I looked at that got totally confused and gave up!

I'm not really a computer nerd so a simple:-

add attachment.
click yes
add it
job done is ok for me

Its being born in the 1950's that screws it up for me
never had a computer lesson in my life I only just learned ( by accident !) how to cut and paste!

Of course though Magwa its not as simple as that. We've been down that road and have too many photo's not stored in any structure.
We needed to have albums and ways to structure them but also make it easy to upload.
Having said that I will have a look and see if I can integrate the upload in to the forum software in a better way.

Actually Magwa you can help us here and loads of other people in a similar situation.

Look at Cie's guide and tell us where it doesn't work for you.
Post back here on the first step you get stuck on and we'll help you out and change the guide if a step's missing or something.
