Just changed ISP and can't log in

Hi Gang, it's me Von Short Hausen. I've just changed ISPs from Tiscali (spit ! ) to Blueyonder. Now when I try to log in I'm told that either my username or password is wrong, or the account has been inactive for too long. It's been about 10 days !

Can you fix it for me please ?
