Posting a video.

Hellooooo. Is it possible to post a video on the site? What are the restrictions etc???

You can post a video to the site, but at the moment they need to be emailed to me and then I upload them.
The Picture gallery we use has the option to upload video's but I think I turned it off as I needed to consider the impact spammers would have uploading stuff.
We seem to have that side under control now so I'll have a look at enabling video uploads.
I'll post back either way when I'm done.
One other thing I also need to work out what this site would offer outisde of say youtube that does nothing else but share video's.

Right I've created a new album called Videos and enabled the major video file types.
So feel free to upload.
Next step wil be to create an embedded video player which I'll have a look at some time.
Post back if there's any problems.
