Where has the "new posts since your last visit" link gone?

The new layout looks cleaner and brighter, but the most useful feature of the old version has vanished.

Once a day I used to log in and read the new posts. Now I have to trawl through each forum and that takes too much time. Hence I have just had a "we're missing you" email...

How can I check quickly for new posts, please?

Click on 'new posts' on the top blue tool bar.

Jacqueslemac how did you feel about getting the email?
Clearly it worked for you... in that it prompted you to come and ask a question.
Could we word it better? Change the content perhaps.... did you find it intrusive?

It was fine. It wasn't intrusive at all. It would have been easy to ignore and it was easy to follow the link. The wording was friendly, not at all hard sell.
