HELP - Pictures

OK I give in and need your help. I have tried and failed several times to get pictures uploaded. Following the instructions on the gallery and get the message saying "pictures uploaded successfully" or words to that effect , but they dont seem to be there. Trying to create a member gallery "Wee Jack" - surprise surprise.

Any clues about where I'm going wrong ??

Ok according to the picture gallery you haven't uploaded any pictures yet so something's going wrong.
Can you send me a sample pic that you're trying to upload to admin@xrv.org.uk and I'll see if there's anything there.

Ok useful exercise for me.
It seems that even though there shouldn't be an upload limit there is one.
As soon as I reduced the file size it worked fine.

So it seems that you'll need to do the same before you upload any files.

Dave thanks very much for your help with this - what is the size limit for each pic ??.

The size seems to be 2MB, if you get it slightly below this it works fine.
I think this is a PHP upload limit rather than the picture gallery software.

Right categorically confirmed that there's a 2MB upload limit that will stop any files over 2MB being processed, but rather stupidly after they've been uploaded!!
I'll see if this can be increased.
