Photos in product reviews

How can I add a picture to the review? If you look at the review forum you will see that the autocom and hugger reviews have a photo on the listings page but the bike radio and the mainstand (wot I rote) have none.

How can I add a photo?

Seems that it doesn't recognise the location of the images. If you edit and put in the correct links they should show.

I've renamed the attachment and uploaded again in the hope it was a naming problem but no joy. If you look at the autocom review is doesn't have any attachments but still has a picture in the list of reviews.

I'm really confused now.

Just tried a test review myself and it worked OK. Boris can you attach the picture to this thread and we'll see if it's the picture that's causing problems or permissions between the accounts.

OK, added it myself and it works....

Now a question for you, how were you adding the image, did you try adding it in the HEADER IMAGE box which is very top box when you go to add a review, or the ATTACHMENTS box which is near the bottom?

For clarification the HEADER IMAGE box is the one that you should use and the image uploaded there will appear on the reviews list. The ATTACHMENTS box at the bottom is purely for adding a picture to the main text body.

Ahh now I see the problem. I don't see the HEADER IMAGE box all I get are the attachments section at the foot of the review. Have a look at the attached screenshot.
