About LinkBacksI have reduced a picture to 100 x 73 pixels and 40kb but it won't load.
It's happy to add a thumbnail on my UserCP page but when I click on "save changes" it says "upload of file falied".
What am I doing wrong, please?

avatars are restricted to 19.5Kb with a maximum 80*80 pixels

OK, although that's not what is says on the control panel.
I've reduced it to 80 x 68 and 1.65kb and it still won't load.

Actually my mistake I thought you were trying to add an avatar, the profile picture is 100*100 and a maximum of about 60Kb.
If you;ve still got a problem then please either post it on here or send it directly to me and I'll see what I can do with it

you already had the same pic as your profile image but as a smaller size... Anyway I tidied it up a bit, resized it and I think most importantly RENAMED it to remove any spaces and punctuation from the name....
Anyway it uploaded fine for me to your profile picture

Aha, so it was probably my naming protocol not the picture size! I'll try to remember that for next time. Thanks for your help.

Oh dear, I thought they were the same thing.
So I was thinking I was changing my avatar, but was actually changing my profile picture was I? No wonder I wasn't making sense!
Could you please change my avatar to the Africa Twin one for me?
