getting my thread on the new post page????

It is more than likely me or my puter but when I post a thread on specific forum it never seems to appear under new post page. I notice that others post theirs on say "chatter" and then it appears under new post.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Chalky

Are you starting a new thread or using another way to post?
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Chalky it won't appear as a new post because you've posted it so it's not new to you. If someone replies to it then it will come up as a new post

    Does that make sense?
