    Entering an event on calender?

    I would like to enter the following details on the calender incase anyone not doing TLD can help out but when I try it comes up with a load of goggledygoop

    Saturday 20th June 13:00 hrs
    Gwyddon Forest, Abercarn --- Trail Rides for Children with Learning Difficulties
    Sunday 21st June 10:30 hrs
    Gwyddon Forest, Abercarn --- Trailbike/sidecar Charity Trial
    Contact
    Mike Rees (mikerees65@hotmail.com)for more details.
    This man has been helping the kids for 25years and needs our help

    Any chance of a screen shot or a cut and paste of the error message.
    It should just work, so if it isn't I need to fix it for you.

    There's something it doesn't like in the text you've entered.
    It will probably be a comma or apostrophe or something like that.
    Take out those characters and try again.
    You can always edit your calendar entry anyway.

    Even better he could try a colon in the start time instead of the decimal point he used

    Chalky by the way this isn't you, the application should cope with whatever you throw at it.

    Is it perhaps worth while changing the form to accept Hour and Minutes as two seperate items (perhaps dropdowns) so this won't be an issue in the future???
