Dave I renewed early and have my 2009 Sticker, but I seem to have lost a number of facilities that I previously had ie PM'ing. This is facilites and not faculties, I lost those years ago !

How did you renew? Via papal/cheque/eCheque?
[edit] Scrub that question. It seems you didn;t pay via the subscription link but manually via paypal, hence the system thought you hadn;t paid. I've reset the subscription for another year so everything should be all OK now
