    xrv stickers

My new vara will be arriving in January, so I'll be needing some xrv stickers, the shop hasn't had any for ages and i don't think i can successfully transplant my existing ones off the bike, is there any progress on a new supply of stickers?

Hi Pete, probably best to wait until new year for the answer, as you've noticed from the new banner the XRV logo's changed a bit and new stickers are in the pipline. As though it's xmas I'm not sure that we can give an ETA on them.

I've also had problems with the cost.
We've been asking a few suppliers and they are just an astronomical cost.
Hopefully we'll get something sorted soon.

Why couldnt a run of the old ones be done
They were strong, really good ones. It seems rather a long time since some of these were available

Because the company that did them hasn't responded to at least 4 emails and 2 phone calls to get prices out of them over this last year. I'm sure they're fine if you visit and go in and see the whites of their eye's as Jonathan used to do, but it's a big distance for me to go.
So I've tried loads of other people and the price is either prohibitive, they either give crap service, or both!
E.g. for xrv.org.uk reflective white sticker to me... £4 + VAT!!!! We were selling them at £1.25 before!!!
It's just getting stupid... all I want is a reasonable price from a printers that gives me a reasonable service..... at the moment this seems too much to ask, so the search continues.

My wife used to work for a printers until it went bust a few months back. For small quantity orders they used to farm work out to these people just down the road from me might be worth giving them a look or asking for a quote. They can print anything onto anything
