Hein Gericke Cruise GTX Goretex Jacket

Does anyone have a contact telephone number or email address for Hein Gericke? I have tried the "contact us" address on their website but have not had any response yet.

The reason that I am asking is that I have a broken zip slider on the left sleeve of my Cruise GTX jacket. It looks like a manufacturing fault with the body of the slider itself -



It bust on the Derbyshire meet-up at Jellies earlier in the month and is a real pain as it is now very difficult to close the zip without the tag being attached.
My zips broke there aswell they replaced both zips for free

Thought I would add that having now tried crashing in the jacket, at moderate speed at least, it held up remarkably well with only minor abrasion to be seen on the elbows (I think my hi-viz vest might have taken the edge off things too).

But prior to that, having riding 500 miles through the depths of winter, the storm collar is a wonderful thing. Even though it's a faff to fasten, because the huge slab of velcro is halfway towards the back of the neck, I was snug as a bug in a rug.
