Similar to the Exped Dry Pack, it's a 20 liter waterproof backpack basically built around Ortlieb's well known roll closure.

I use it mainly to carry my notebook on the bike, and the straps on the side allow me to make it as narrow as the notebook, so it doesn't flop around inside but it stays put on my back. It has a thick foam backplate that's frankly rubbish for walking around with in warm places, but on the bike it's perfect.
(You can see the straps in the picture on the red bag. There's 2 more straps on the underside. It also comes in blue and all-black, but then you can't see a thing.)
It's properly tough. I've had it for 5 years now, and it's still completely waterproof despite being dragged along everywhere. I've crashed with my powerbook on my back, the notebook had a dent in it and the webbing on the pack has a few holes now, but the main compartment is still waterproof and the thick foam plate certainly protected my back from having a notebook shoved in.
Top marks.
