The clutch kit I got from them was missing the clutch centre nut. No biggie, we all make mistakes. It's what companies/people do after their mistakes that matters.

I rang them up and explained. The guy took my number and said he'd ring me back. 15 mins later I get a call saying it's going in the post tonight and they're throwing in an oil filter FOC.

The postie dropped them off the next morning. Top service.
