Recommended - Thetford, Norfolk: electrical faults/rewinding

I ordered the Battery Status Indicator from this guy, really worthwhile. Know if you are cooking your battery, draining it when you switch on your 200w hifi etc. Know not to turn off the engine or you'll never restart it!

I have not used him for electircal fault finding or rewinds, but if this guy has worked with Lucas problems for the past 20 years I reckon Honda will be a walk in the park for him. Check out the basic website. Only takes orders over the phone and no credit cards just cheques or cash by carrier pigeon. Goods turned up before cheque was cashed!

    Matt,
These are a good idea, battery indicator and show how the battery is being charged, or not.
I tried one of these but found the change of colour to subtle for me, I see the design has changed; it now has a shroud around the light so maybe this has improved. To help this colour difference don't mount it in direct sunlight.

I found another type which is much better for me as it uses a row of LEDs. The guy who makes them has a poor web site at
www.wussu.com/various/rad.htm It is called RAD Voltwatch. There is also another Voltwatch under this name but it is much larger unit.
If I can find a photo I will post it.
