    Rugged Roads

I thought I'd better start a thread in here rather than cluttering up the general forum.

A few of the members of this forum have become increasingly frustrated at the seemingly monopolised market for accessories for our bikes and the notoriously bad service & delivery for what are premium priced items.

As some of you know already, myself, Annette, Chunk & Heather have started a new company selling items for a variety of Dualsport & Adventure bikes.

Our new company is called Rugged Roads

We have also moved the forum shop here as well as we are able to offer a better service with regards to the ordering process.

We are starting off with the biggest markets BMW, Honda & KTM and will be adding products as soon as we can draw, design, manufacture, trial and confirm that they are good to go. We will be looking to add products for the entire Honda, BMW, KTM, Yamaha and Suzuki Dualsport range in the fullness of time.

We currently have products available for the following bikes:

    Honda:
    • Africa Twin RD04, RD07 and RD07A
    • Transalp XL650V
    BMW
    • R1200GS & GSA
    • R1150GS & GSA
    • F650GS & GS Dakar
We are constantly adding new products - and I'll add to this thread as we introduce them to the shop (we've added some new ones already since we launched on Friday )

Between the 4 of us we own an Africa Twin RD07A, BMW R1150GS, Transalp XL650V, KTM 990 Adventure S, Yamaha XT600Z Tenere, Yamaha WR426, and a Cagiva N90.........all off which are Dualsport or Adventure bikes so we have plenty of scope to add products that will fit these bikes.

Please feel free to make any suggestions or if there is anything particular that you would like to see. We are not looking to manufacture 1 off items (although maybe in the future) but we are open to any ideas.

Thankyou to all who have helped us get this far - it's been months in the making - and thankyou to everyone who has given us the encouragement to make this dream come true.

    THANKYOU

Jonathan (Stormforce8 , Annette, Jon (Chunk) and Heather.

Great job on the website. Looks nice and clean and easy to navigate and find things

It's great to see a site aimed directly at these bikes. Very best of luck with the business (I'm sure I'll be a customer at some point).

Good work people, great looking site.

Here's hoping that you can get the international ordering thing sorted soon.

And here's me thinking that I don't need to get anything else for my TA just yet.................

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
