Praise for Touratech

I know Touratech get a bit of a slating on here but praise where praise is due, I ordered a set of pannier frames for my AT last Monday, according to TT they weren't a stock item so could take two weeks to arrive. They were delivered yesterday, (Tuesday) in the worlds largest box. A week and a day.

Shame fitting wasn't quite so quick, although the the instructions are now in English if you don't read them they aren't much use

Umm, that's not right, these two bits are supposed to meet........

That's better! Albeit a bit lopsided with same sized panniers, heavy stuff to the left.

All I need is my front wheel returned and I will be ready for the national.

Re: Praise for Touratech

Indeed yes, mine arrived on Wednesday, within their guesstimated timescale - very impressive after all the horror stories from previous Touratech purchasers on various boards

Went on easy as pie too - well all bar one thing that I'm still not sure I have right *scratches head*. Anyone else fitted these pannier frames to an RD07?

Re: Praise for Touratech

for Touratech from me also, ordered some bits last Thursday and they arrived on Tuesday... I had heard bad stories about the delivery etc so I wasn't expecting delivery for a while but I'm pleasantly surprised.
