Thought I should put fingers to keyboard to commend the excellent customer service I received from their Service department this week. The chap I dealt knew his stuff and even though I was an hour late still quickly turned the job around, sorted me out a loan bike for a couple of hours and all the staff came across with the "cant do enough for you" attitude, which in my experience is rather rare from a main dealer.

All in all 2 thumbs up and that is where my money will be going in the future...
