    Tecstar - Starcom

I would like to mention the great service I've had from the folks at Tecstar, they're the ones that manufacture the Starcom bike comms and all the add-ons and extras.

I've just got myself a pda and needed to hard-wire it into the Starcom, so I gave Tecstar a call and explained what I was after. Even though they weren't able to get me the right jack-plug (I seem to have got a most unusual pda!!!) their service has been awesome. They have sent out a couple of cables for me to try and then even offered a more expensive option at no extra cost to me!!!

What I really liked was the chance to chat to someone over the phone who knew what they were talking about and were genuinely interested in helping to find a solution.

So, if you're looking at anything to do with bike comms, I'd strongly recommend them. You can find them at www.starcom1.com

Even better is to pop by the place. They come out and set it up for you, providing new cables etc if needed.
