    Motrax: Great Customer Service

The inner visor lever on a friend's Caberg Justissimo broke a few days ago. I tried everywhere to get replacements as she was taking bike lessons and her test in this current unusual bout of sunny weather. I ended up lending the lever off my own helmet to tide her over.

Anyway, in the end after searching online for ages for spare parts I followed the link from the Caberg site for their recommended UK supplier of helmets. This took me to the Motrax site.

I emailed Motrax asking about buying a few spare levers. My email was answered within 11 minutes with a request for my address and that they would post me a couple for free.

Just wanted to let people know how helpful and fast their repsonse was and to show that customer service is alive and well at Motrax!

Update, they sent me FIVE spare levers. I believe they are £3.48 each, so that's over 17 quids worth plus postage all for free. I'm impressed, didn't even buy the helmets from them.

    Re: Motrax: Great Customer Service

I had a similar experience a year or two ago when the zip on my Motrax Universal Lock Carrier failed.

I called them up and explained the problem, suggesting that under extreme cornering the lock and chain could possibly spill out. A heavier duty zip was required I thought.

They told me that the item had been discontinued now but that I should stop using the faulty item immediately and that hey would send me out a new one. For free. No receipts, no nothing. A day later and 2 lock carriers arrived at my door! Marvellous.

    Top work Motrax
