I've had their monitors and have used them all the time for 19 months now
One of the wires has started to frey at the earplug causing loss of sound to one ear. I rang them up on Monday and they requested I send them on so they can look at them
Posted Tuesday 12/5 last week, I got a phone call Friday 15/5 to say they can repair them with a new lead (Ģ40) and have them back before I go away on Saturday
Great turnaround and cost IMHO

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

They arrived on the Friday as they promised before I went on hols
The good news is that they now have a contract with the MOD and fitted the heavier duty connector, cable and braided covering that now gets fitted to any new units sold
