    Ultimate Ears.

I had a problem with my monitors, they split.
I returned them at the bike show and got a phone call asking for the original moulds, They have now replaced them with brand new ones, no quibbles at all, great service.

I've had a similar service, returned mine just before christmas with a wiring problem and got them back repaired quickly, only thing is they've gone again so I've got to phone and see if they will still honour the warranty as it's over a year since I bought them

    Will keep you all posted

I hate resurrecting old threads but, any news on this Sharrie?

I am thinking of getting some Ultimate Ear monitors but they are a lot money, although I am very happy with my squidgy non-monitor ear plugs from them.

i've always fancied getting some of those moulded earplugs with the monitors built-in but am unclear as to how they would connect up to my autocom system

Had them for 2 years now and they are an essential bit of kit for me, they've been used almost every day, when these go I will definately get another pair, they are costly but I think worth it.

They have a standard headphone fitting not sure how that works with autocom but I think MoM manages

Autocom do a lead that has a jack for the Monitors, the lead plugs into the helmet in the usual way but has a box on it to take the 3.5MM jack.
I will be using mine on TLD so you will see the cable in use then.
